OK to Send is a trading name of AFB Digital Solutions, run by Aaron Foster-Byrne in the UK. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email aaron@afbdigitalsolutions.co.uk.

If you visit this website

The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.

If you get in touch

If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us to reply and to talk about working together. We keep these conversations for as long as they are useful for that, and for up to six years if you become a client, for our business and tax records.

If you are a client

To run the service, we use your LinkedIn account, the messages you approve, and the details you give us about who you want to reach. We only use this to provide the service to you, and we stop when the service ends. You can ask us to delete it at any time after that.

If we contact you on behalf of a client

Messages sent through the service go out from our client’s own LinkedIn account, and every one is approved by them first. To write them, we use information you have made public on LinkedIn, such as your name, job title, company and posts, and any earlier messages between you and our client. We do this on our client’s behalf, in their legitimate interest in starting a business conversation with you. If you would rather not hear from them again, just reply to say so and we will stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of providers to run the business, such as our web and email host. We only share what is needed for them to do that.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email aaron@afbdigitalsolutions.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
